Welcome back to another one of our BM Tech Services Ltd Christmas blogs. As you will know this week there was an announcement from our prime minister Boris Johnson regarding the new Covid variant, Omicron.

As a business, we have been busy making sure our shop is a safe place for our customers as well as our staff. Protective screens are now back in place and masks must be worn when entering the shop. If you do not have one there will be a box on the front desk readily available.

Another announcement that was made was ‘work from home if you can‘ this means that starting from Monday 13th December the office upstairs will be closed and Maria, Daniel, and Sophie will be working from home where they can.

Getting back to this week in the shop, Matthew has been pushed out of his comfort zone has been learning how to conduct sales, and has done a fantastic job. Databases have been upgraded for phone parts and prices, making it easier for us to give you a fast quote on repairs.

Craig has been busy with local callouts, setting up printers and phones. He has been inundated with laptop repairs this week but got through these and back to the customers and even managed to sell a refurbished laptop at the end of it.

Matt has had plenty of phone repairs this week, mostly screen replacements and battery replacements. He has also carried out full services on laptops with fast and efficient service. Our stock has been flying off the shelves this week, thank you to all our loyal customers new and old.

Last but not least the naughty elves have visited BM Tech Services Ltd, have a look in the shop window when you are passing or visiting and see if you can spot what they have been up to.
